Most non personalized orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take up to 3 to 5 business days before shipment and International orders take 1 week.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges All sales are final. We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective (this covers manufacturers defects and damages to the product and does NOT cover engraving or quality satisfaction). If an engraving error is made by us we will also replace it free of charge. Request for refund/exchange must be made within seven days of receipt of items. We may, at our discretion, require you to return the damaged product or offer other proof such as photo of the item.

We ship to all United States locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases and most international locations. Free Shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.

Damages
Although we pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is possible. We will issue credit or send you replacements, please allow enough time before your needed to receive the replacements. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. If an error is made by us during the engraving process will will gladly replace your product.
Delivery Schedule
Most non personalized orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days, 2-3 additional business days for personalized items and 3 - 5 days for International Orders. Depending on the time of season (peak season) or type of order (personalized items) delivery shipping schedule may vary. Please contact us for exact shipping time and date. Please add additional time for transit.
Drop Shipping
We offer free drop shipping for your order. Simply order online and include the ship to address with your order. Indicate in the comment section at check out that this is a drop ship order. You may also contact us if you would like to set up individual drop shipping accounts for your orders.
