Defective / Broken Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 30 days of delivery if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.

How do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Not satisfied with an item? We want to make the return process as easy as possible so to get an exchange or refund you just create an RMA ticket #. To do this simply email us at info@keychains4you.com with your requestand we will reply promptly to schedule your return or exchange. Items shipped with free shipping that are returned may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. Items must be in new condition for a full refund. Items that are not in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee or illegible for return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped via free shipping or any other shipping promotion and returned may be subject to regular shipping charges. If your item was a gift see the section below.

Special Order / Personalized Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 30 days of delivery. However, items that have been personalized or engraved or not returnable unless the arrive damaged or WE have made a mistake while engraving. If you have sent us incorrect engraving instructions we will not be able to be held responsible. Please double check your engraving or personalization text before submitting your order, it will be printed exactly as you submit it.

Gift Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item that was set to you as a gift, no problem! Just email us using the Contact Form with your order info and the name of the person who sent it to you, and we will reply promptly to schedule your return or exchange.
